Refund policy

Thirty days, and you keep the files.

Everything Tuesday Mahj sells is a digital product — PDF documents and video lessons, delivered by email and by download link the moment your payment goes through. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to send back.

If within thirty (30) days of your purchase the material does not do what we said it would, write to us and we will refund you in full. You do not have to return anything, delete anything, or explain yourself at length. You keep the files either way.

How to ask for a refund

Email tuesdaymahj.info@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process. We normally reply the same day and always within two business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–10 business days to show the money back in your account — that part is out of our hands.

After thirty days

After thirty days we are no longer obliged to refund you, but we would still rather hear from you than not. Write to us and tell us what went wrong.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, and it does not limit them.

If your files do not arrive

Check your spam folder first — that is where they are about nine times out of ten. If they are genuinely not there, email us and we will send them to you by hand, usually the same day. A delivery problem is never a reason you should be out of pocket.
