Tuesday Mahj is one person at a kitchen table, and that person is me. Every message that comes in is read and answered by me — there is no team behind this, and no ticket number.

I normally reply the same day, and always within two business days. If you have not heard back in two business days, please write again — it means something went wrong at my end, not yours.

Things worth writing about

• Your files did not arrive. Check your spam folder first — that is where they are about nine times out of ten. If they are not there, tell me and I will send them to you by hand, usually the same day.
• You want a refund. Within thirty days of your purchase, just say so and I will refund you in full. You keep the files either way. See the refund policy.
• Something is wrong with the material, or you think I have got something wrong. Please tell me. I would much rather know, and I have already corrected things because a reader wrote in.
• You teach a group and want to use this with them. Write to me and we will work something out — the answer is usually yes.
• You are not sure it is for you. Ask me before you buy. I will tell you honestly if I think it is not.

When you write about an order, putting in the email address you used at checkout helps me find you faster.
